C.R.E.A. – The new frontier of creative writing
On 27th and 28th of September, the consortium of the ‘C.R.E.A. – Creative Room European Alliance‘ project met for the first time in Madrid, Spain, to hold a two-day workshop on the world of creative writing.
The 9 partners, coming from France, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and Hungary, had the opportunity to discuss some important issues concerning the project, such as the organisation of the next events, the development of the Panodyssey platform (social network and online platform mainly dedicated to emerging writers and creative content creators) and the next steps of the project.
Hosted at the headquarters of their Spanish partner, EFE Agencia, the partners shared ideas, opinions, impressions and openly discussed creative as well as bureaucratic and administrative issues.
Then, on the 28th afternoon, all partners were invited to attend the presentation of the Panodyssey platform to the Spanish public: the event was attended by journalists, writers, members of the Spanish Ministry of Culture and officials from the Creative Europe programme, which, we recall, is the main co-funding programme of the C.R.E.A. project.
The event took place in the Cervantes Institute, a historic cultural institution located in the heart of the capital city whose main aim is to preserve and disseminate Spanish-speaking language and literature worldwide.
The project is following its course and aims primarily at the enlargement of the audience on the Panodyssey platform: an immense opportunity for all those who wish to embark on their own journey into the world of online writing.
