In the framework of the Lifelong dancing project 2018-1-ES01-KA204-050569 – KA2 co-funded by the Erasmus Plus program, an e-learning platform has been developed for educators and trainers working in adult education. The aim is to provide practical and useful tools to facilitate trainers interested in using dance and movement in their non-formal education activities.

The project has developed 7 workshops of about 2 hours each with specific activities aimed at improving the relationship with themselves, with each other and within a group, developing a greater awareness of their skills and improving their self-esteem.

The activities have been tested by the project partners with different target groups: migrants and refugees, people with disabilities, LGBT community, people from rural areas and gypsies; the activities have been adapted according to different needs.

You can register for free to the CEIPES MOOC and access the e-learning course of the Lifelong dancing project, at the following link:

Course in English

For each workshop, explanatory video tutorials have been created with images and explanations of the trainers to support them in the development of the activities in their operational context.

During the months of the pilot phase, we have seen how the activities have been useful to participants in embarking on a path of self-awareness and well-being.
