T4proIN – Unveiling Innovative Solutions About Accessible Tourism in Plovdiv

In a groundbreaking convergence of technology, accessibility, and tourism, the Erasmus+ T4proIN project took center stage at the final meeting and European Conference held in Plovdiv on 11 and 12 of April. With a mission to revolutionize the tourism landscape through innovation, the project unveiled its ambitious strides towards inclusive travel experiences into the EU context, especially in Italy, Bulgaria, Spain and Greece.

The conference, a vibrant forum for thought leaders, innovators, and policymakers in the tourism sector, provided the perfect backdrop for the unveiling of the Erasmus+ T4proIN project’s transformative vision. Hosted in the historic city of Plovdiv by InterProjects, the event set the stage for discussions that resonated far beyond the conference halls.

At the heart of the Erasmus+ T4proIN project lies a resolute commitment to fostering accessible tourism for all. Recognizing the myriad challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in accessing travel information and experiences, the project embarked on a journey to bridge these gaps through technology-driven solutions, such as the e-learning platform and e-map.

On the first day, the 11th of April, partners met to discuss the project implementation and what’s needed to do after the end of the project, defining the next steps and actions.

On the second day, the 12th of April, the European Conference took place, involving also the partners’ collaboration into the presentation of the project, its researches and deliverables, among which the need analysis, training and the technological tools, as mentioned above.
