INCLUSIVE IMPRO THEATRE – The end of local workshops

On 13th of May it took place the last day of the project “Inclusive Impro-Theaterlocal trainings held in CEIPES office. The 5 workshops, which began on 21st of April, were focused on several improvisation techniques, as the mime, the grammelot (a theatrical improvisation based on a non-sense speaking) and the “puppet and marionettist”.

The participants of the workshops were 22 students from the language high school “Ninni Cassarà” located in Palermo, Italy; all the students attended at the workshop days with enthusiasm and goodwill, making the activities an occasion for learning new things about theater and improvisation.

The main goal of the project “Inclusive Impro-Theater” is in fact to promote the scholastic inclusion through theater and, in particular, through a series of values present in some of the most famous fictional stories, as “Harry Potter”, “Cinderella” and “The Little Prince” by Saint-Exupéry.
