GASTROFISH – The consortium met in Spain for the fourth time
On 17th of September 2022 the consortium of the GASTROFISH project (2019-3-TR01-KA205-080005), Erasmus+ KA205, met in Spain for the 4th Transnational meeting to discuss about the implementation of the project activities and the state of art of the Intellectual Outputs.
The main objectives of the project are to build a reliable source for guideline about fishery sector in the Mediterranean area, to establish a gastro-kitchen guide of fishery and to create an international network of fishery in the EU, through the transfer of Local-National-International Knowledge and innovative methods.
After a warm welcome and a tour of DIDEAS facilities, all the partners had the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings about the third STJS, which was just held in Castellon during the previous days.
The coordinating organization has then moderated the discussion about the state of art of IO2 (Gastro-Kitchen in Fishery), which consists in the creation of E-learning modules and videos about the most important fish species in each project region: the partners set a deadline to finalize the modules as soon as possible and showed each other the implementation steps that have been reached so far.
The partners also discussed about the next STJT, which will take place in Antalya, Turkey, and the last project result (IO3), which is going to be finalized by the late September.
The partners also agreed to celebrate the end of the project by holding a Closing Meeting in Istanbul in December 2022, to be attended by a representative from each organization. Students and different authorities of the country will also participate.
The Project is going to an end with the best results, and the international partners staff involved is more than happy to be working together with a common vision and overcoming any issue occurred.
