T4PROIN

T4proIN project (2021-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000034879) is a two-year project started in February 2022 that will end in February 2024.

Nowadays, project consortium (AiNP -Spain-, NARHU -Bulgaria-, CEIPES -Italy-, Digital Idea and UoP -Greece-), has already achieved important goals.

Partners collected the needs of hoteliers, restaurateurs and people with disabilities: it emerged a great lack of staff training, which confirmed the usefulness and relevance of the project.

Moreover, the partners involved attended webinars and meetings that let them to understand what could be possible to create to innovate the sector.

Likewise, a small survey for hotel and restaurant was disseminated to better analyse their expectations about training on inclusive hosting.

The second transnational meeting hosted by CEIPES in November 2022, was the venue for important decisions on the next steps to be taken, as well as to have the opportunity to discuss some managerial and financial aspects and to update each other on the activities carried out and the objectives achieved by the individual entities involved on the European territory.

In the next months, T4proIN partners will develop the training programme for staff and employers of hotels and restaurants, with the hope to gain a deep understanding of how people with disabilities experience tourism and how to adapt, almost without cost, spaces, behaviours and communications with customers and guests with different types of disabilities.
