Objectives

To create, promote and test a new standard for a professional role of the “Pride Network Lead”, which will support the inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in the work environment and which will build the openness for Diversity & Inclusion within the organisations.

  • Determining the professional profile of the Pride Network Lead

  • Guidelines for implementation of a new role  
  • Developing a guidebook 
  • Developing a development program (syllabus) and a training manual part 1. syllabus and part 2. trainers’ manual  
  • Developing “the pride network lead handbook”  
  • Tool-box development for the pride network lead  
  • Testing the program  
  • Developing the “development kit” 
  • Preparing a microlearning film 
  • Developing an action plan for implementing the pride network lead  
  • Developing a set of materials promoting a new role for 3 key stakeholder group  
  • Learning teaching and training activities (LTTA)  
  • Activities of dissemination (brand identity, promotional materials, articles, website, social media pages) 
  • 4 Multiplier events 
Results

The project will develop the following results: 

  • Professional profile of the Pride Network Lead role – competence requirements, key tasks, efficiency assessment 
  • Selection process of the Pride Network Lead – competence validation tools and a competency-based internal recruitment process 
  • Guidelines for the implementation of a new role in organizations 
  • Development program, which includes: a) 5 thematic blocks of the program b) trainers’ handbook 
  • Handbook & Tool-box for the Pride Network Lead 
  • The microlearnig film ” The Pride Network Lead – an internationally recognised role for building the openness for LGBTQ people “ 
  • Guidebook “Action Plan for implementing the Pride Network Lead”- a description of the necessary actions from the moment of making a decision on the appointment of a new role 
  • A set of materials promoting a new role
