PRIDE NETWORK LEAD – Who is the Pride Network Leader?

The PRIDE NETWORK LEAD consortium is proud to announce the compendium consisting of three documents realized within the ERASMUS+ project Pride Network Lead (project number: 2022-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000087825) of which CEIPES is a partner.

Within Work Package 2, the partners- representing Italy, Poland, Spain, and Greece- established the necessary formal and substantial groundwork for introducing a new role, the Pride Network Leader, through the creation of three documents:

  • Determining the professional profile: a comprehensive description outlining the new role’s responsibilities, desired skills, sample tasks, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of their efforts within the organization. This document aims to provide a universal understanding of the position and its expectations.
  • Describing the selection process: a document intended to provide the main steps for the efficient procedures required for the selection process of the ‘Pride Network Lead’. The choice of a candidate to implement the role of ‘Pride Network Lead’ cannot be based on a simple application of interest; instead, the selection process must be based on validation tools/procedures that will ensure the conduction of the recruitment procedure in a manner that will result into recruiting the best candidate for achieving the goals assigned to the new role.
  • Guidelines for implementing this new role: a document giving guidelines to implement the role. When implementation begins, there will be a series of tasks that need to be addressed in order to achieve the objectives in an optimal and orderly manner, in which the correct use of resources and time will achieve the objective in the shortest possible time.

These documents underwent review by a panel of 15 experts, who provided their valuable feedback and they have been translated into all partner languages.

Moreover, a summary of all activities carried out within Work Package 2 is now available here.
