INCLUSIVE IMPRO THEATRE

The adventure goes on!

Thessaloniki, Greece: the partners of the Inclusive Impro-Theatre project met again to discuss how things are progressing.

The consortium, consisting of partners from Romania, Greece, Ireland, Denmark and Italy, discussed on 19th and 20th October 2022 the current situation: a lot of progress has been made since the last meeting in Dublin last June, such as the completion of a methodological handbook containing some 80 theatre techniques aimed at school trainers and focus groups with teachers and students, the main purpose of which is to provide a more involved understanding of the problems facing schools in the partnership countries.

The project, we recall, aims to foster social inclusion in primary, middle and high schools through the good practice of improvisational theatre: the dramaturgical approach, in fact, proved to be fundamental during the first two phases of the project and yielded excellent results.

Hosted by the Greek partner ‘Smart Umbrella Management Solutions the consortium members were able to take important decisions together regarding the future of the project and the next tasks: what surprises will the project hold in store for us? Well, keep following us to find out!
