GAMEUFYING – An insight to EU NextGen Simulation

Last February 2024, youngsters from Spain, Italy and Portugal, met in the city of Valladolid, Spain, for participating in the EU NextGen Simulation of GamEUfying project, in which they experienced in first person the role of European Institutions.

After the great success, the valuable insights of the experience have been reflected on diverse guiding materials that will facilitate youth workers or other professionals to replicate this formative and enriching experience. On GamEUfying’s official website, users will find a guiding manual as well as a YouTube video.

The manual includes detailed explanations about the experience, covering all the steps needed for making an activity like this possible: from the previous organization to the effective implementation of the simulation and the final evaluation. Great emphasis is given to the theoretical background by including explanations on the functioning of the MEU model or the description of the European Institutions and the main roles represented during the simulation. All the supporting documents used during the simulation are available in this manual, like the agenda followed or the description of the topics chosen for discussion.

This manual is complemented with a YouTube video, elaborated by GamEUfying consortium’s partners. The video allows you to have a brief insight into some of the best moments lived during the simulation activity. It also presents some participants’ testimonies in order to know better the experience in the first person.

Don’t forget to check GamEUfying’s website* to find these resources and much more!
