ENFEM – Partners met in Greece for the second time

On Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 of September, the consortium of the project Enfem – Female TCNs Integration in Local Communities through Employability and Entrepreneurship Local Oriented Strategies (101038287-ENFEM-AMIF-2020-AG) – met in presence for their 2nd Transnational Meeting. The meeting was held in Thessaloniki, Greece, hosted by the partners STIMMULI.

The meeting starts with an update about the Work Package 2 – Needs-Oriented, Bottom Up Local Integration Strategies. All the Partners have already developed the LIS and a summary is available on the project website. Moreover, they are collecting Letters of Support from local actors to show their support for the project, its activities and the recommendations included in the LIS.

The session continued with an update about the Work Package 3 – Training Package – training, communication and network digital environment. All the Partners are developing the content of both the training for local actors and women third country nationals. The instructional design approach to developing the training modules and guidelines will be based on an adapted version of the ADDIE model. All the content will then transfer to the online learning platform (website and mobile application) and some of them will be translated into the languages of the partner countries.

The partners had also the opportunity to start the discussion about Work Package 4 – Implementation of the Training.

Moreover, during the next months, all the partners will organize two Capitalization Events in their country to inform local, regional and national stakeholders about the outcomes and results of the project and to promote the training and the materials.
