On Thursday the 13th of October 2022, CEIPES will organize the first Capitalization Event of ENFEM project – Female TCNs Integration in Local Communities through Employability and Entrepreneurship Local Oriented Strategies – in the meeting space of Moltivolti, a non-profit organization based in a difficult socioeconomic neighborhood of Palermo, Ballarò, that works to create value for the local community.

ENFEM is an AMIF project financed by the European Commission that aims at providing opportunities for the creation and/or development of local multi-stakeholder networks, at the European level, composed of local authorities, market actors, NGOs, TNCs-based and women-led organizations.

During the last year, the Consortium has reached important results that will be presented to local stakeholders, NGOs representatives and trainers during the event.

Specifically, the Network, through a bottom-up approach, has already developed local strategies to facilitate women TCNs’ socioeconomic integration using qualitative and quantitative methodological tools.

Then, the Partners have realized training materials, to strengthen the skills of women TCNs as well as local actors.

The participants will have the chance to get an overview of the AMIF program and its specific objectives as well as Enfem project, its contents and the further steps that will be undertaken during the next year.
