ELISA

The Elisa project consortium is pleased to announce the development of “Methodology Guide of Career Development and Psychometric Methods Methodologies/Guidelines – Evaluation method and tool”. ELISA project enhances the capacity building of young athletes and those working with them to ease a dual career in sport and entrepreneurship. The Elisa Partners conducted a Research on Entrepreneurship Skills Availability of Young Athletes to investigate the level of entrepreneurial skills athletes possess and on the basis of these findings a Methodology Guide of Career Development and Psychometric Methods has been produced. The Guide includes necessary tools for trainers, coaches, educators and other individuals working in the sports field in order to go forward with career testing processes with young athletes and identify their propensity for entrepreneurship. Specifically, the guide has been divided in 4 specific chapter:  

1 Chapter. Personality and intelligence tests 

2. Chapter. Entrepreneurial skills and career options tests
3. Chapter. ELISA project Tools
4. Chapter. Online Tools
   
   Moreover,  a precious contribution was offered by over the researchers from the Faculty of Physical Education & Sport Science at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens developed the two original tools devoted to athletes and coaches as well as sports specialists : 

• Entrepreneurship & Dual Career Questionnaire for Coaches;
• Entrepreneurship & Dual Career Questionnaire for Athletes;
