SEE BRIDGE- Highlights of the Second Peer Learning Workshop

The SEE BRIDGE consortium recently celebrated another milestone with the successful organisation of its second Peer Learning Workshop titled “Funding Opportunities and Best Practices for Sustainable Development.” This event, aimed at intermediaries in EU and non-EU countries, marked a crucial step in the consortium’s mission to promote transnational cooperation and the exchange of knowledge.

In the first part of the workshop, moderated by a representative of FEUGA (Spain), Carlos Iglesias presented “Segmentation of Funding Opportunities for SMEs”. This presentation was based on the mapping of funding opportunities carried out by the consortium as part of the project and provided essential information about European funding programs for SMEs.

The second part of the workshop featured representatives from intermediary organisations in partner countries who shared their best practices:

  • Yaneiza Mendez from the Association of Metal Companies of Madrid (Spain) presented “Mid4Machines Success Stories”.
  • Roberto Lamas from the Datalife project (Spain) discussed “Digital Enterprise Management”
  • Nina Meglič from SRIP-Circular Economy (Slovenia) presented “Research and Innovation Partnership to Support the Transition to Circular Economy in Slovenia”.

These peer learning workshops are instrumental in fulfilling the SEE BRIDGE consortium’s goal of fostering a collaborative environment where intermediaries can share experiences and innovative ideas, collectively sparking positive change and sustainable development.

The Consortium would like to thank all participants and distinguished speakers for their valuable contributions. If you missed the workshop “Funding Opportunities and Best Practices for Sustainable Development”, you can watch the recording on the SEE BRIDGE project website
