The project was found to be suitable for a Notice of Participatory Democracy, all adult citizens resident in the Municipality of Palermo can vote from 10.00 on Thursday 16 November to 12.00 on Tuesday 21 November.

The project was born from the idea that greenery and nature will return to predominate in the Uditore neighborhood of Palermo.
A central role will be played by citizens who reclaim the neighborhood, developing a process of urban regeneration in a naturalistic and artistic key and intergenerational cooperation to care for and enhance the common good. Different spaces in the neighborhood will be transformed, welcoming nature in a real and artistic form, with elements that will reproduce the greenery and sound installations that will enhance the natural and urban elements.
The process will be divided into different phases: mapping of the greenery of the neighbourhood; walks in the neighborhood; focus groups and seminars with experts; establishment of a neighborhood committee, dance, urban greenery, self-construction, painting and reuse workshops.
