CEIPES team organised in its new premises in Palermo the III Transnational Project Meeting of the “BIG CEFA – Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Administrators”, a KA2 project financed by the Erasmus+ programme. The meeting took place on the 29th and 30h November.
The first part of the meeting was dedicated to the general evaluation of the past four months of project activities, to the evaluation of the tasks distributed during the kick-off meeting of the project and to the evaluation of the dissemination activities carried out, their current situation and future plans.
Discussion about administration, project files and other necessary documents was done by the coordinator and the rest of the partners. Also, discussion about the project web page was finalised with the suggestions of the partners.
The second part of the meeting focused on the evaluation of the first Intellectual Output related to the identification of obstacles that women active in the administration and education sector face in their working places. As a result, a research report has been developed and results were shown and presented during the meeting by the coordinator. Furthermore, discussion about the work plan of the training was done and more specific information about the Intellectual Output 2 on the training programme and the Intellectual Output 3 related to the mentorship programme were presented too.
The 4th Transnational project meeting will take place on the 11th and 12th April 2019 in Valencia, Spain, hosted by the Spanish partner Amics.
