On the 13th of March, the UPCOMING WOMEN consortium launched the fourth virtual meeting of the project UPCOMING WOMEN – Low skilled women’s empowerment through global competence and mentorship.
During the meeting, the partners discussed the results obtained during the testing phases that took place in all partners’ countries of the two project results produced- the online microlearning courses and the workshops. Thanks to the suggestions given by low-skilled women and professionals that tested the project results, the consortium will adjust both in order to make them as responsive as possible to the demands of the target group.
The meeting was an opportunity for all partners to set the next steps and to take stock of the situation regarding dissemination, impacts and quality assurance and risk management of the project. Furthermore, the consortium discussed the implementation of the next phase of the project, the mentoring cycles developed for low-skilled women that will take place in the May-September.
