Objectives

The objectives of the project are the following:

  • To empower and upskill low skilled women and in situations of vulnerability to become more globally competent and therefore to boost their social and labor inclusion;
  • To upskill professionals by equipping them with globally competent and gender- based digital tools and mentoring methodologies to improve their work with low skilled women and in situations of vulnerability and support them better;
  • To raise awareness about gender equality;
  • To promote a network of organizations from Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Turkey to build innovation at a more global level and ensure a broader transferability and sustainability of the project.
Activities
  • Piloting activities of the Interactive Microlearning courses and Experimental workshops;
  • Development of 5 modules, connecting all dimensions of global competence
  • Elaboration of workshops in order to develop a final integrative handbook;
  • Development of mentoring guidelines and implementation of mentoring cycles;

These results are intended to be achieved in order to boost the social and labour inclusion of low skilled women through the development of global competence and through mentoring methodologies. In addition, the whole consortium and beyond, will benefit from the continuous promotion of professional development of those women and from the adoption of global competence approaches and mentoring methodologies through the use of high-quality tools.
