The SEE BRIDGE project has launched its “Cascade Funding Open Call,” offering up to 8,000 Euros to support social economy SMEs in energy-intensive industries as they transition to greener and more digital operations. Proposals are open for submission until October 1st, 2024. The project is also seeking external evaluators, with applications open until August 30th, 2024.
The consortium recently hosted a successful webinar on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and held national webinars in Türkiye, Spain, and Slovenia, reaching 182 participants. Additionally, two peer learning workshops focused on green and digital transitions were conducted, and a comprehensive digital guide has been launched to assist SMEs.
A Peer Learning Visit in the Netherlands marked the first of four planned transnational visits, with more events scheduled in Denmark, Poland, and Germany. An upcoming “CBAM and Open Call Info Day” is set for September 10th, 2024, to provide updates on CBAM and Open Call opportunities.
