PRIDE NETWORK LEAD – CEIPES ETS presents the third PRIDE Newsletter

CEIPES ETS is glad to present the third newsletter of the  Pride Network Lead project, marking an exciting phase as the initiative nears its conclusion. This newsletter reflects on the critical milestones achieved, showcasing the consortium’s dedication to developing practical tools and resources to foster inclusivity in organizations across Europe.

The project has made significant strides, providing a comprehensive professional profile for the Pride Network Lead, detailing key competences, responsibilities, and effectiveness measures. Additionally, the project offers valuable resources, including a structured selection process for internal recruitment, complete with validation tools, and step-by-step guidelines for successfully integrating the role within organizations. A rich development program was also introduced, comprising thematic blocks, a trainers’ handbook, and a toolbox to further enhance the role of the Pride Network Lead.

In September 2024, PNL partners gathered in Palermo for a final training event. CEIPES ETS, alongside the other partners and local stakeholders explored strategies for promoting inclusive policies in the workplace.

Additionally, the project was presented at EuroPride 2024 during the Human Rights Conference in Thessaloniki, where the OECON Group showcased PNL’s contribution to fostering safer, more open work environments for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Looking forward, the consortium is actively exploring ways to sustain and expand the role of the Pride Network Leader in diverse sectors, ensuring continued progress in creating inclusive spaces across Europe.
