Obiettivi
Il progetto si propone di:
- Sviluppare competenze green per i giovani con possibilità ridotte di accesso al mercato del lavoro, nel contesto della transizione ad un’economia sostenibile.
- Migliorare le competenze di sostenibilità di giovani lavoratori e favorire le pratiche di sostenibilità.

- E-course “Green Skills for successful employment and work in the process of the transition to a more ‘green’ and environmentally sustainable economy” for youth at risk of marginalisation
- Summer school “Green skills of youth at risk of marginalisation for successful employment and work in the transition to a more ‘green’ and environmentally sustainable economy” for youth organisation/youth workers
- WebQuest Green skill for decent work
- Multipliers events
Risultati
- 80 youth with fewer opportunities from Poland, Italy, Latvia, Ukraine will form green skills. As a result, the risk of their marginalization on the labor market in the transition to a more ‘green’ and environmentally sustainable economy will be reduced.
- 48 youth workers and youth organization representatives from Poland, Italy, Latvia, Ukraine will strengthen their competence in the field of sustainable development and green economy.
