On the 21st and 22nd of November 2023, it was held the second in-person meeting of the EMPROVE project (2022-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000085071) in Sofia (Bulgaria), hosted by Alzheimer Bulgaria Association.
This meeting was a perfect opportunity for partners to discuss about the last updates of the project, which are the finalisation of the EMPROVE Manual in translation phase. Then, it will available on the project website as an open resource in several languages (English, Italian, Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek). The next step is to organise the Pilot Test encounters with caregivers, family members, professionals of the sector and elderly people to evaluate the effectiveness of the training materials.
In addition, partners had another important topic to talk about: the e-learning platform. They discussed all the details concerning the introduction of the learning material inside an interactive online platform and how to make it effective and interesting for the target group. Partners have a lot of good and innovative ideas!
This positive progress of the project will allow partners to achieve their main goal: To support the quality of assistance for elderly by creating an innovative curriculum for the people who would like to train to become a Professional Relative.
