The EMPROVE project (2022-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000085071) aims to support the quality of assistance for elderly by creating an innovative curriculum for the people who would like to train to become a Professional Relative by contributing to innovation in vocational education and training, in addition to increase the flexibility of opportunities in vocational education and training.
The consortium of the EMPROVE project is working on an innovative learning methodology aimed at training the people working in the geriatric care sector in the field of Geriatric Care Management through the development of an EMPROVE Training Course.
Partners are collaborating to develop the different modules that will compose the course:
• Chapter 1. Introduction to Geriatric Care Management.
• Chapter 2. Basic nursing skills.
• Chapter 3. Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
• Chapter 4. Maintaining quality of life.
• Chapter 5. Management of service providers and health services.
