From 7 to 9 October, the CICEE-T Consortium met in Cordoba, Spain, hosted by the partner institution UCO – Universidad de Córdoba , for its fourth in-person meeting. This event offered the consortium members a useful opportunity to discuss the project steps, especially the development and pilot phase of the Culturally Informed Safe Sport Coach Education e-Toolbox.
In addition, CICEE-T Partners reviewed feedback from coaches involved in the Toolbox pilot phase, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement, which will guide the next steps in improving the platform.
As part of the project’s awareness-raising activities, a multiplier event was held on 10 October at the University of Cordoba. The event fostered discussion on the principles of safe sport, enabling participants to fully engage in the project’s mission. It was also an important opportunity to present the Toolbox, highlighting its objectives and potential impact within the sports community.
Now the Consortium is preparing for the project’s final event, scheduled for May 2024, where it will present the results of the project.
