CEIPES ETS is pleased to announce that the ERASMUS+ project PRIDE NETWORK LEAD (project number: 2022-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000087825) has successfully completed a new phase, producing substantial outcomes aimed at training and supporting the future Pride Network Leaders. The international partnership has developed the following key materials:
- Development Programme and Trainers’ Manual
- Handbook
- Toolbox
To ensure the efficacy of these materials, all project partners conducted a testing phase with local experts, involving ten participants. These individuals received training and provided valuable feedback, enabling adjustments and validation of the developed content.
In addition, four local events were organized, attracting over 150 participants. These events showcased the project and its results, featuring discussions on LGBTQIA+ workplace issues with invited experts.
The project has now entered its final phase, which will conclude at the end of October 2024. In September, partners will participate in a training session in Palermo, hosted by IRSEI, the project coordinator. This training will delve deeper into the topics addressed throughout the project, providing an opportunity for knowledge exchange with local experts.
