SIEP 2.0 – TC in Kielce. Together we all win!
Between the 28th of February and the 5th of March, the SIEP 2.0 training course has been held in Kielce (Poland), and it involved more than thirty participants among educators, students, and trainers from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Sweden (621487-EPP-1-2020-1-ES-EPPKA3-IPI-SOC-IN). The hosting partner – RCW – and the consortium – Rosto Solidario, ASPAYM, More Mosaic, BBR, and CEIPES, designed a week plan course mixing workshops and frontal lectures to ensure the participants an effective and dynamic learning experience.
The TC aimed to test the project tools training the participants to become role models for their contexts of application (schools). The process started with the introduction to the project topics – bullying and cyberbullying – and team building activities to tune everyone mindset in the right direction. Following the learning by doing approach, the week continued experiencing and reflecting on the SIEP methodology:
- Educational pills
- Theater of Oppressed
- SIEP Game
Following the aforementioned methodology, the partners were able to answer doubts, share good practices, and raise awareness on how counteract the bullying and cyberbullying phenomena in school; and according to participants feedback and active involvement, it absolutely was a win-win experience both for them and the project partners.
