The GAMEDUCATE project (Erasmus+ project KA220) has accomplished one of its very expected results: its training curriculum is ready!
CEIPES ETS has developed this Training Package together with their consortium partners: CBE, DRPDNM, Akata Makata, ÖJAB, GEINNOVA, University of Macedonia, OSENGO and CSI.
It is targeted to school teachers and other school professionals and it is expected to support them in the integration of gamification and digital tools in the education reality. In order to do so, GAMEDUCATE’s Curriculum includes nine different modules covering diverse topics such as: digital literacy, data protection regulations or the use of gamification and digital tools for supporting creativity, group dynamics, or inclusivity.
It is available both in English and Italian as well as in the other consortium partners’ languages: spanish, french, greek, german and slovenian.
This has been possible thanks to the participation of local teachers from Palermo, who have participated in a local focus group in order to give their insights into the reality of Italian schools. Together with the feedback of education professionals from all the consortium partners’ countries, this exhaustive research has allowed CEIPES and their partners to create a curriculum that is responsive to identified common needs in the 7 countries.
This project result will be fundamental for the creation of GAMEDUCATE’s online Toolkit, which will be freely available for public use. Keep tuned for not losing it!
