The project Upskilling VET institutions and healthcare professionals on promoting gender equality in healthcare provision [Project Number 2022-1-NO01-KA220-VET-000088213] is dedicated to advancing gender equality in healthcare.
On October 21, 2024, an event was held at Cinema Marconi to “make Europe shine” as part of the Erasmus Days celebrations across EU countries. CEIPES, in collaboration with the University of Palermo, organized this inspiring initiative to connect students with Erasmus opportunities and showcase exemplary Erasmus+ projects carried out by the organization.
During the event, the project manager of the Upskilling VET institutions and healthcare professionals on promoting gender equality in healthcare provision [Project Number 2022-1-NO01-KA220-VET-000088213] project, which is dedicated to advancing gender equality in healthcare, she highlighted the consortium efforts to address healthcare inequalities, presenting key outcomes. Thus, the training program for healthcare professionals and the capacity-building program for VET teachers in the healthcare field. All materials produced are easily accessible, and the e-learning platform is open for visitors, allowing interested individuals to download deliverables and review them.
In line with the spirit of Erasmus Days, CEIPES proudly presented the project and its ambitious goals. Given the worsening inequalities in healthcare provision, the project’s efforts to tackle this issue are especially crucial.
