UPCOMING WOMEN

The second E-Newsletter!

The Consortium of the project UPCOMING WOMEN – Low Skilled Women’ Empowerment Through Global Competence and Mentorship (project number: 2021-1-BG01-KA220-ADU-000028365) – has successfully reach the mid of the project!

The partner has already developed the Interactive Microlearning Course to perform a comprehensive and cross-cutting intervention with low skilled women and in various vulnerable situations, and to upskill the support professionals working with them.

Specifically, five modules connected to the dimensions of the global competence will be included, as follows:

  • Introduction
  • Local implications
  • Perspectives and Viewpoints
  • Intercultural Communication
  • Action and Participation

All the modules will be available online soon.

Additionally, all Partners developed the Experimental Workshops to provide crucial tools for professionals working with low skilled women (social workers, educators, trainers, mentors, counselors, and other staff) to upskill and empower those women through the acquisition of the transversal skills identified by partners during the project preparation phase. Workshops will be oriented to:

  • Critical thinking
  • Creativity
  • Problem solving
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Digital developments
  • Entrepreneurial skills

During the next phase of the project, all the Consortium will undertake two phases of pilot; the first one to test the Interactive Microlearning Course and the second one to assess the Experimental Workshops.
