On the 11th June the 4thTransnational meeting of the Green Skills at Vocational Education project (Project number – 2017-1-TR01-KA202-046803) took place in Cluj, Romania. This time, the Institutul Postliceal Phoenix Asociatie hosted us.
The project is carried out by 5 partners: CEIPES – International Centre for the Promotion of Education and Development (Italy), CETEM – Technological Research Centre of Wood and Furniture of Murcia Region (Spain), LDT – Landward research (UK), Institutul Postliceal Phoenix Asociatie (Romania) and Adana Provincial Directorate of Labour and Work Agency (Turkey), and it is funded by the European Commission within Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2 (Strategic Partnership for Innovation and Exchange of good practices).
The aim of the project is to produce recommendations for renewing the professional curricula of two specific categories: construction and electrical operators. These recommendations should be formulated having as a key point the issues of environmental respect and climate change.
In particular, the goal of the project is to make the involved target groups aware of their choices and to contribute to the European 2020 Strategy for sustainable development.
During the meeting, the partners focused on:
– The two reports that will constitute the final result of the project to improve the VET curricula for both construction operators and operators in the electric field.
– The multiplier events that will be held in all the countries involved to disseminate the results of the project to the greatest number of stakeholders involved.
– The communication and dissemination actions that will be undertaken, in addition to the existing ones, to further disseminate the documentation produced.
