RE-CONSTRUCT – Mindy is taking shape!

Mindy is a little piece of puzzle that will guide you through different health pathways to better take awareness of yourself and improve people’s health.

On the 6th and 7th of June the partners of the Re-construct project [2020-1-RO01-KA204-080317] met in Lublin, Poland, hosted by the partner IAiRS. During this 4th Transnational meeting they worked on the Mobile App and the web platform to give support to adults and to provide useful tools and innovative methodologies to educators. 

 The App, which will be soon released on Google store for a testing phase, consists of 4 pathways: mental & emotional health, physical health, relational health, and professional health which together form the overall health of each individual. Mindy will guide you through these pathways and will help you to take care of yourself.       

 The app also includes an interactive game settled in Mindy’s town where you will help her to balance her levels of health by spending time tokens in specific activities around the town.
