The training course can be funded by Erasmus+ KA1 programme (staff mobility).

The course allows project managers and coordinators to acquire the necessary competences to efficiently implement and report EU funded projects.

The course covers all important areas of project management, such as partnership, delivering of intellectual outputs/work packages, dissemination, financial issues and reporting obligations. Moreover, the course offers an understanding of audits as well as tools for effective monitoring and evaluation. 

The course will be based on an interactive methodology, with the active involvement of the participants, utilizing theory, case studies, exercises, various tools and feedback sessions. 

The main objective of the course is to present a comprehensive and practically understandable overview of the management of a EU funded project and provide the participants with all the necessary tools and techniques.

  • To develop the needed transversal skills and competences of an efficient project manager
  • To acquire the tools for: project monitoring and evaluation,  visibility and dissemination and financial management of EU funded project
  • To gain knowledge of EU project reporting
  • To learn how to successfully manage EU audits

New project managers and officers responsible for EU funded projects, school managers and staff, any staff newly involved or with low experience in management of EU funded projects

  • Successful management at organizational and partnership level
  • Communication and dissemination tools

DAY TWO:

  • Gantt chart
  • Specific activities in the projects: transnational meetings, trainings, events
  • Difference between Intellectual Outputs and Work Packages

DAY THREE:

DAY FOUR 

  • Technical and financial reporting
  • Audits visits
  • Follw – up strategies

This 5-day training course can be funded by Erasmus+ KA1 programme (staff mobility).

Certificate of attendance by CEIPES will be awarded.

If within the Erasmus+ programme, an EUROPASS certificate of attendance and competence will be awarded.

The lenght and the contents of the programmes can be modified according to the needs, more details will be given to interested organizations. Certificate of attendance by CEIPES will be awarded. If within the Erasmus+ programme, an EUROPASS certificate of attendance and competence will be awarded.

The programme, on request and with an extracharge, may include Italian classes, cultural activities, organization of board and lodging.
