Objectives
- To benchmark the most effective inclusive strategies in the area of the first labour market;
- To identify the best practice cases;
- To develop and promote understanding among participating organizations of good and bad strategies;
- To foster the employability of people with disabilities and by doing so the societal inclusion.
- To discuss failures in order to be able to specify “bad” practice examples.
Activities
A short learning video ( approx. 3o mins.) explaining the concepts of proven to be good practices through the particpants, stackeholders and those directly affected (story+interviews).
Results
- Particularly successful strategies and concepts;
- A classification of the Impacts according to IMPACT+ with corresponding justification;
- İdeas and approaches for developing intellectual outputs in the context of possible follow-up projects.
