From the 3rd to the 5th of September 2024 in Palermo, the final training event of the European project Pride Network Lead brought together experts from across Europe, marking the culmination of two years of collaboration.
CEIPES ETS, as an active partner, was pleased to send two participants to this important training activity, which aimed to provide the consortium with practical tools and strategies for leveraging the complex materials developed during the project.
The training was organized by IRSEI, project coordinator, and combined practical exercises, debates, and in-depth discussions to explore new ways of applying the project’s resources. Alongside CEIPES, eight other experts from partner organizations were present, making the event a rich environment for shared learning and exchange.
IRSEI engaged local stakeholders to enrich the training experience. Arcigay Palermo, Palermo Pride, the municipality of Palermo’s office for conciliative policies and corporate welfare, and representatives from the University of Palermo all contributed to the dialogue. Their input helped emphasize the importance of inclusive policies in public administration, schools, and organizations.
CEIPES is grateful to have been part of this activity, which offered fresh insights and collaborative opportunities for all partners, and remains committed to promoting the core values of inclusion and diversity.
