On 30th of Aril 2021 thanks to an online conference due to COVID-19, took place kick off meeting of our brand new KA2 project Postive Parenting.
The aim of the Positive Parenting project is to to deliver training courses to directly train parents in behavioural techniques and, also, to deliver these courses to a target group of adult education trainers, in order to amplify and perpetuate the ripple effect of those courses.
And also to design, test and publish an innovative training package for adult education trainers that will train the target group (parents) to acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding about ABA and parenting techniques based on the science of behaviour.
The project will develop the following results:
• P+ Curriculum;
• P+ trainer Manual;
• P+ parent’s guide;
• P+ app;
• E-learning platform.
Two training activities will take place:
• Training activity for the trainers: “Adult Education Trainers’ P+ training”;
• Training activity for the parents: P+ parent training.
The kick-off meeting was a great occasion to present the partners of the consortium and also to talk about the first steps of the project.
The consortium already started to work on the brand identity of the project and on the creation of the social media channels.
