Partners from R.I.S.To.VET project meet during their 4th transnational meeting

On the 9th and 10th of December 2021, partners from R.I.S.To.VET project met online to discuss about future implementation of the activities. R.I.S.To.VET aims to share professional knowledge on the fields of sustainable and contemporary tourism by involving VET in a training and self-training process.

During the two-days meeting, partners discussed about the already implemented actions and further activities to achieve an optimal effectiveness of the pathway they have developed from the earlier steps of the R.I.S.To.VET project. From the beginning, partners have focused on the quality of contents and the innovation needed in order to train VET and to make them able to face contemporary tourism challenges, such as an ever-growing qualified demand for sustainability and authenticity.

This Transnational Meeting has also given the entire consortium the opportunity to match their needs and expectations about the activities which are going to be implemented: in fact, during the next months, CO.NET. (Italy), CEIPES (Italy) and Ergasia Ekpaideftiki Anonymi Etaria (Greece) are going to arrange a pilot test of the pathway, involving VET institutes of their area.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, partners had to meet online. Next Transnational Meeting – the fifth – will be during the end of March 2022, to discuss and focus on the e-learning platform and the webinars on sustainability in touristic activity.
