KURK – Learning, Teaching and Training Activities in Palermo

From 28th of February to 3rd of March 2022, it took place in Palermo the LTTA of the “KURK” project.

The aim of the project is to identify new methods of non-formal learning for adults, especially as regards the skills in the field of recycling of materials and reuse of everything that is generally considered as a “waste” by the rest of the population, learning how seldom what we throw away may even a work of art be born.

During the days of activities, the partners exchanged suggestions on different methods of non-formal education for adults, giving great space to creativity and to issues such as art and the respect for the environment; one of the activities, for example, involved the creation of objects using waste cloths and old fabrics and the creation of new objects thanks to the 3D printers.

Finally, the partners met for the final considerations regarding the project, which will be completed by the end of March.
