Barbara, dalla Slovacchia, studentessa presso Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, e Berna, dalla Turchia, studentessa presso Istanbul Commerce University, sono arrivate a Palermo attraverso il programma Erasmus Plus – Progetti di mobilità per studenti dell’istruzione superiore, che offre l’opportunità di svolgere un tirocinio formativo all’estero presso istituzioni, imprese, centri di formazione e ricerca in un Paese dell’Unione o aderente al programma.
Quali sono le loro prime impressioni? E perchè hanno scelto il CEIPES?
Berna: “Sono arrivata a Palermo il 13 Luglio. La prima settimana, la città mi ha accolta con il “Festino”. Ho scelto il CEIPES per il mio tirocinio perchè lavoro nella società civile e adoro poter fare qualcosa per i bisogni altrui. Sono molto contenta perchè al CEIPES ho trovato persone belle e sorridenti”.
Barbara: “Ho scelto il CEIPES perchè lavora nell’ambito della progettazione europea ed ho pensato che sarebbe stato molto interessante per me poter fare più esperienza nell’ambito del project management e avere nuove idee per il futuro”.
Tatiana, dal Portogallo, arriva al CEIPES attraverso il programma Erasmus+, VET –Vocational Education and Training per studenti-, che consente ai giovani in formazione e ai neo-diplomati presso scuole professionali di poter arricchire il proprio percorso con un’esperienza di tirocinio all’estero. Tatiana, studentessa del corso di studi in “Organizzazione di eventi” presso EPA – Escola Profissional de Aveiro, lavorerà insieme all’Accademia del David per la realizzazione del festival internazionale KINO che avrà luogo dall’11 al 17 settembre a Palermo.
“Sono una persona molto curiosa ed è una delle principali ragioni per cui ho deciso di partecipare a questo progetto. Negli ultimi due anni ho avuto modo di conoscere meglio questo progetto, attraverso i racconti di altri studenti che sono venuti qui. Ho sempre saputo che questo tipo di attività fosse un buon modo per conoscere meglio me stessa ed il mio modo di lavorare con gli altri.
Sono molto emozionata, non solo perchè mi consentirà di conoscermi meglio, ma anche perchè amo scoprire e fare cose nuove. Per quanto riguarda le mie aspettative, credo in me stessa e mi auguro di poter introdurre dei cambiamenti nell’associazione in cui andrò a lavorare. Sono molto contenta di poter lavorare nell’ambito dell’organizzazione di eventi, non solo locali, ma anche internazionali, e so che mi consentirà di crescere a livello professionale, ma anche personale.”
Non ci resta che augurare alle nostre ragazze che questo percorso sia pieno di soddisfazioni ed ispirazioni per il loro futuro!

July is the month of new arrivals: CEIPES is pleased to introduce you the new entries!
Barbara, from Slovakia, a student at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, and Berna, from Turkey, a student at Istanbul Commerce University, arrived in Palermo with the Erasmus Plus Program arrived in Palermo through the Erasmus Plus program – Mobility projects for higher education students, that offers the opportunity to do an internship abroad at institutions, companies, training centers and research in an EU country or participating in the program. 
What are their first impressions? And why did they choose CEIPES?
Berna: “I came to Palermo on July 13th. The first week I came, the city welcomed me with the festival. I choosed Ceipes for my internship because I am a civil society worker and I love making something for people benefit. I am very happy because the people who work in Ceipes are great and always smiling”.
Barbara: “I chose CEIPES organization because it works on European projects and I thought that it would be very interesting for me to get more experience in project management and to gain new ideas for the future”.
Tatiana, from Portugal, has arrived at CEIPES through the Erasmus + Program VET –Vocational Education and Training for students- which enables young people in training and newly graduated at vocational schools to enrich their path with an experience of training abroad. Tatiana, a student of the course in “Event Organization” at EPA– Escola Profissional de Aveiro, is going to work with the David Academy to organize the international festival KINO, which will take place from 11 to 17 September in Palermo.
“I’m a very curious person, and that was one of the main reasons why I applied in this project. For the last two years, I’ve heard and learned about this project, since I knew other students who came here. I was always told this kind of projects are a great way to discover myself and discover how I am working with other people. I’m very excited to be here, not only because I want to get to know myself better, but also because I love to discover and do new things.About my expectations, I believe in myself and I hope I can make a change in the associations I’m going to be working on. I’m very excited to work in the events area, not just in local events, but also in international ones, and I know it will make me grow at the professional level, but also at the personal level.”
