PALERMO TIME! Il mio SVE
Ciao, sono Marina, ho 28 anni, argentina di origini spagnole, e sono arrivata a Palermo, questa caotica e splendida città, solo poche settimane fa. Cosa posso dire su questa prima parte della mia esperienza?
Aa oggi posso parlare delle mie prime impressioni, quindi ho scelto alcune parole che possono aiutarmi ad esprimere queste sensazioni.
Scoprire, divertimento, intercultura.
La prima è scoprire che si collega al “sentire” la nuova atmosfera: nuove strade nelle quale perdersi, nuove persone da incontrare, nuovo cibo, nuovi modi di lavorare, il traffico…
“Scoprire” si collega alla seconda parola che ho scelto, divertimento, ciò che provo mentre scopro questa nuova città; adoro avere nuovi stimoli che mi consentano di crescere sotto diversi aspetti e, nel frattempo, divertirmi.
La terza parola che ho scelto è multiculturalità, e per me rappresenta avere la mente aperta e superare i miei limiti, ogni volta che ne ho l’opportunità. Per questa città la multiculturalità credo sia la parola più adatta. So che la realtà che sto vedendo rappresenta solo un piccolo pezzo di Palermo, ma è meraviglioso vedere questo mix di culture, che condividono e convivono, sorridendo l’un l’altra, mostrandoci quanto sia possibile e necessario.
Non vedo l’ora di vedere e vivere tanto altro, giorno dopo giorno.

Ciao!!
I’m Marina, 28 years old argentinian- spanish girl who arrived to Palermo, this caotical and wonderful city, just few weeks ago. What can I say about the first pieces of this experience?
Nowadays, I can just talk about my first impressions, so I decided to chose some words, trying to explain what they mean to me. They are discovering, enjoying and interculturality.
Well, the first one is discovering that is related to feel the new atmosphere: new streets to get lost in, new people to meet, new food, new way of working, the traffic jam,…
Discovering is connected with the second one, enjoying, that’s about how I feel discovering this new city, I really love to have new stimulus to keep on growing up in the different aspects in my life, and having fun while I do it.
The third one is multiculturality, that for me is being open my mind and breaking my own limits everytime I can. Here, interculturality is the most important word and fact, because I see it everywhere. I know that the reality that I see I just a little piece of Palermo, but it’s being really beautiful the mix of the cultures that are sharing and smiling to each others living together, showing us that it’s possible and necessary.
I’m waiting to see and experience more and more every day,
