(For English see below) Il nostro project manager Fulvio Grassadonio ha preso parte alla nuova edizione dello Younger Staff Training organizzato a Bruxelles, dal 19 al 22 Settembre 2017, dall’associazione/network EAEA (Associazione Europea per l’Educazione degli Adulti) di cui il CEIPES è recentemente diventato membro.
È stato un percorso formativo di 5 giorni che ha permesso ad alcune organizzazioni provenienti da diversi paesi europei (Italia, Irlanda, Germania, Svizzera, Ucraina, Belgio, Paesi Bassi, Georgia, Finlandia e Polonia) di confrontarsi sulle politiche messe in atto nell’ambito dell’educazione degli adulti dai suddetti Paesi e sulle buone pratiche e strategie di implementazione in quest’ambito. Le attività e i workshop del training si sono svolti principalmente attraverso l’uso di metodologie di apprendimento non formale.
Il training course ha anche permesso a Fulvio e agli altri partecipanti di incontrare i soggetti che operano a livello europeo nell’ambito della promozione dell’educazione degli adulti, come alcuni responsabili di EPALE Belgium e Germany (il portale elettronico per l’apprendimento e l’educazione degli adulti), con cui è stato possibile confrontarsi sul funzionamento e il miglioramento della piattaforma.
“È stata una esperienza molto importante per conoscere altre realtà che si occupano dell’educazione degli adulti e per avere un quadro del processo di advocacy messo atto da EAEA verso le istituzioni Europee e per dare maggiore risalto e sostegno (anche economico) alle organizzazioni che operano in questo settore”, dice Fulvio Grassadonio; “Come CEIPES ho potuto esprimere la nostra posizione e ho trovato una perfetta sinergia con lo staff di EAEA; inoltre concordo perfettamente e sostengo la linea di richiesta di maggiori fondi per i programmi di educazione, come Erasmus+ per l’educazione degli adulti. Oltre alla Commissione Europea è importante che tutte le organizzazioni presenti in Europa impegnate in quest’ambito facciano la loro parte per la diffusione e il miglioramento della qualità dell’Educazione degli Adulti ”.
Our Project Manager Fulvio Grassadonio has attended the new edition of the “Younger Staff Training” organized by EAEA association (European Association for the Education of Adults) in Brussels, between the 19th and the 22nd of September. CEIPES has recently become member of EAEA Network.
It was a training pathway of 5 days, during which several organizations from different European countries (Italy, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, Belgium, Netherland, Georgia, Finland, Poland) met and discussed about the main policies carried out in field of Adult Education, and about the best practices and strategies of AA projects’ implementation.
All the training activities and workshops have been carried out through non formal education methods.
The training course was also an opportunity for the participants to meet important personalities working at the European level in field of adult education promotion, like the responsibles of EPALE (The European platform for Learning and Adult Education) of Belgium and Germany. In this way, it was possible to share the work and the development of that platform.
“It was a very important experience to discover several realities working in the field of Adult Education. I was very glad to meet the members of EAEA and to have a better insight of the advocacy process that they are carried out in the European Institutions, to give more visibility and sustainability (even economically) to the organizations that work in this field”- said Fulvio Grassadonio- “as CEIPES I could express a perfect synergy with EAEA staff; furthermore I agree with the request of more funding for the educational field through the European programs such as Erasmus+. Still, it’s important that, out of the European Commission, all the European organizations increase their contribution for the spreading and the quality improvement of the Adult Education.
