We are pleased to send you enclosed the call for participants for the Forum of the No Hate Speech Movement. This will be the main activity of the campaign in 2014 and will take place in Gabala, Azerbaijan, in the framework of the Azerbaijan Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, from 2 to 5 October.
