Thanks to the great cooperation and hard work of the partners, IoToAI – “From the Internet of Things to Artificial Intelligence – A Vocational Education Training (VET) for business in the digital era” project was presented to the EDULEARN – 12th International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies, through a realization of a proceeding titled “ MODERNIZING THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL TRAINING IN THE FIELD SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES TOWARDS THE KEY ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION”.

IoToAI project aims to develop specific and innovative training for modernising workers and students’ profiles thanks to the introduction of Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) in the digital era. It will contribute to a higher quality of education and training offer by developing different training paths for VET students and attracting HE (Higher Education) graduates to an innovative VET.

The results of this project will also benefit the industry, since the technicians will have the chance to apply the knowledge acquired in the training course within their Businesses or sectors, as they would be part of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) departments in charge.

The conference has been held online on the 6-7 July, 2020 and partners had the opportunity to show the results achieved so far and the activities and goals of the project. This represented a great opportunity for the dissemination and sustainability of the project because a great scientific public had the possibility to know it.
