CEIPES representatives were again in Berlin for the II Transnational Project Meeting of the “BIG CEFA  – Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Adminstrators” project, financed by the Erasmus+ programme. The meeting was held on the 28th and 29th July and hosted by the German partner of the project, Education Mobility Grid GbR in their own premises at the Steinbeis University Building.

All partners met and presented all the activities and results implemented so far and discussed the steps forward. The first part of the meeting was dedicated to the general evaluation of the past four months of project activities, to the evaluation of the tasks distributed during the kick-off meeting of the project and to the evaluation of the dissemination activities carried out, their current situation and future plans.

A revision about the scale results part of the Output 1 was done by the coordinator. The Glass Ceiling Syndrome Scale – a questionnaire distributed in each of the partner countries to at least 150 among women administrators and teachers in primary, secondary and high schools to identify the difficulties and challenges that women face on their working places – is an important output as, from the definition of the survey results, a specific didactic training material will be developed and an ad hoc training course will be organised addressed to the target group of the project.

The second part of the meeting was indeed focused on the training material and programme. The coordinator will develop the training material according to the survey results and, once received, each partner will adapt it according to its local context and background.

The next partner meeting which will be held in Palermo at the end of November 2018, will evaluate the status of the training material and other collateral and preparatory activities.
