IMMIJOBS

On October the 27th, the consortium of partners of IMMIJOBS project performed the last online international conference.

The project is financed from AMIF (Asylum, Migration, Integration Fund) and it aims at raising awareness for SMEs and IOs on the working integration of migrants and refugees, trying to promote and encourage inclusion policies for the target group within different working fields and environment.   

The conference was a great moment to promote and share the results of the project among the stakeholders involved during the whole lifetime of the project and the general public. In total more than 75 participants joint the session that was organized following the agenda below:

• Introduction and presentation of the participants;
• Overview of the IMMIJOBS project;
• Testimonials related with good practices for labour market integration of Third Country Nationals from employers, Intermediary Organisations and Third Country Nationals;
• Presentation of the main results and outputs of the project;
• Break out room session: Challenges and solutions related with labour market integration of Third Country Nationals (work in break out rooms and presentation/ discussion in plenary);
• Policy Recommendations related with labour market integration of Third Country Nationals (work in break out rooms and presentation/ discussion in plenary);
• Conclusions and final decision;

In general, there were much feedbacks received and the topics analyzed above all in the breakout rooms created.

It was of considerable importance to share the experience and expertise involved.

This event once again confirmed the real impact that the project had on the communities that were part of it.
