EURIVERSITY – The partners in Sweden for the seventh meeting of the project

The EURIVERSITY (European Action Against Discrimination Educational Inclusion from The Perspective of Equality and Emotional-Sexual Diversity) project has suffered a major setback due to the long period in which restrictions have blocked international travel to limit the spread of Covid-19. Nevertheless, during the last year, the partners have been the chance to meet again in person.

On the 20th, 21st and 22nd of June 2022, the seventh transnational meeting of the project was held in Goteborg, Sweden. CEIPES took part online in the activities and it was a precious occasion for all partners to keep on working on the actions of the project.

Participants have the chance to discuss the activities and exchange ideas and feedback. Specifically, they reviewed together the results already achieved such as the videos of the living library – interviews of people involved at different levels in the topic of the project – and the related didactic proposals based on the library, and they enriched the bank of didactic resources of new materials. Moreover, the partners were involved in an art workshop using the newspapers in different mother tongues and headlines related to LGTBQIA+ and gender/equality issues.

On the third day, the consortium checked the agenda of the next LTTA (Learning Training Teaching Activities) that will be hosted in Cazorla, Spain, in mid-September and every partner worked on the Integral Plan for Implementation to set up the next steps in the implementation and dissemination of the project.

The partners will meet again for the next transnational meeting in Portugal in October to monitor the project and define further actions.
