On the 12th and 13th November 2019, CEIPES hosted the Kick off Meeting of the “DAB – Dance Against Bullying” project. This project mainly aims to tackle the phenomenon of bullying among young people, using the tools of contemporary dance and developing innovative technology, and showing youth workers how to deal with this reality.

The KoM was the perfect opportunity to get to know all the consortium partners and to build the team for a smooth and trustworthy implementation of the project. After the overall presentation of the project and of the consortium members, some relevant points of the agenda such as financial issues, administrative arrangements, quality assurance aspects and the dissemination subject, were clarify.

During the KoM, some issues related to the next steps that are going to be taken and the next activities that are going to be carried out for the implementation of the project were also addressed. Firstly, some remarks about the IO1 – that consists in the analysis of the current scene of bullying in each partner country – were made. Secondly, the oncoming training activity was organized and even a test workshop was conducted, in which all partners took part to better understand the methodology and usefulness of the project

Next meeting will be the training course to be hold in Iasi, Rumania, during the spring months.
