On 24 September and 8 October 2020 CEIPES participated in a series of webinars organised by the European Network of Innovation for inclusion. Thanks to this occasion CEIPES had the opportunity to show two of its best practices in the field of ERASMUS+.

The European Network of Innovation for inclusion is an organisation that aims to achieve a new form of cooperation between different European institutions and associations that were not previously connected to each other.

The Webinar cycle has been articulated in 4 meetings. CEIPES participated in two of them.

In the first webinar, dedicated to the topic of innovative practices boosting youth employability, CEIPES presented ERASMUS3D+: training material for developing 3D printers (2015-1-DE02-KA202-002496) project

It is a project involving 4 partners from different European countries: CEIPES (Italy), CETEM (Spain), STP (Slovenia) and KIT (Germany), funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2 (Strategic Partnerships for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices). The project started in 2015 and ended in 2017.
The propose of the project is that in a world where socio-economic divisions and the demand for job positions are very important issues that require a response, the need to train workers in order to improve and increase their qualifications and skills was the core of the E3D+ project which, through the use of 3D printing, a constantly growing field, has successfully achieved all the set objectives.

The project is addressed to students, users and workers who wanted to expand their knowledge in the 3D printing world.
The main objective for these target groups was to improve their skills and competences related to personal and professional development for employability and new business creation, such as: sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and digital skills.

In the second webinar, dedicated to the Special Educational Needs field, CEIPES presented SWING – Signs for Work Inclusion Gain (2017-1-EN01-KA202-006157).

It is a project, funded under the Erasmus+ KA2 programme, innovation and exchange of good practices in the field of VET, reach its conclusion.
The project ends by presenting and disseminating its final results, the fruit of an intense research and cooperation. The aim of the project was the creation of a video dictionary in four different sign languages (Italian, German, Spanish and Hungarian) with 150 words in three different work field: furniture, kitchen and tourism.

The propose of the project starts from the fact that having a job is really important to be part of the community and being independent. This has to be applied also to people with some disability but unfortunately, there are still some barriers.

This is also applicable to people with hearing impairment, because it is through that communication issues at work that may affect the development of task and function in the job position.
This project has the intention to remove barriers in order to achieve their full inclusion in work environment.

The experience of CEIPES in participating in this initiative has been very positive. The climate of the webinars was very open to dialogue and it was also possible to network with the participating associations.
