On the 22nd and 23rd April the 2nd transnational meeting of SAMANTHA project (project number: 2019-1-DE02-KA202-006458) took place on a virtual conference organized by partners.

In this period our organization due to the COVID-19 emergency decided to not delete the Transnational meeting but to held them online to guarantee the successful of all project.

SAMANTHA project is financed by: Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2 (Strategic Partnership for Innovation and Exchange of good practices) and it is held by a consortium of partners that are coming from different European countries: Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) (Germany), ILI -FRIEDRICH-ALEXANDER-UNIVERSITAET ERLANGEN NUERNBERG (Germany), AMUEBLA- AGRUPACION EMPRESARIAL INNOVADORA DE FABRICANTES DE MUEBLES Y AFINES DE LA REGION DE MURCIA (Spain), Cenfim – CENTRE DE DIFUSIO TECNOLOGICA DE LA FUSTA I DEL MOBLE DE CATALUNYA (Spain), CEIPES (Italy), Centrocot – CENTRO TESSILE COTONIERO E ABBIGLIAMENTO SPA (Italy) e TECOS Razvojni center orodjarstva Slovenije (Slovenia).

SAMANTHA is a project that aims to develop a novel training program addressing the mismatched high-tech T-shaped skills for proper implementation of AM in the value chains of such sectors through high qualified workers.

The meeting was conducted by a clear agenda made by the coordinator KIT and Amuebla. During the meeting it was presented the results of the IO1 already published on the website of the project.

A great attention was given to the IO2 of the project, the creation of the learning pathway. Partners thanks to the use of an innovative, creative digital tool realised a brainstorming all together to collect all the ideas useful to structure the methodology for develop the pathway according to the target needs.

During the second phase partners gave time in updating some results about the PM activities and in particular to the dissemination, management and quality assurance activities.

In the next months partners will create the content of the course on 3D printing and transversal skills implemented thanks to a e-learning platform developed by ILI.

Regarding the 3rd Transnational meeting partners didn’t take any decision due to COVID, they will keep updated about the emergency status, if they cannot travel, they will realise a skype conference as this one.
