Ecco il racconto di Francesco, Pina, Concetta e Vincenzo al ritorno da “Passion and love”!

Prima di condividere con con Voi lettori quest’ altra fantastica esperienza europea in Polonia, vorrei fare una piccola premessa sugli scambi internazionali per far capire quanto siano importanti e per mostrare la nostra gratitudine alla comunità europea e a chi dedica tempo e dedizione per la strepitosa riuscita di questi progetti.
Gli scambi internazionali o scambi europei sono opportunità educative offerte dalla Commissione Europea ai giovani per viaggiare e fare esperienze interculturali con giovani provenienti da tutta Europa. Gli scambi europei sono incontri di breve durata (dai sei ai venti giorni) in cui diversi gruppi di giovani di varie nazionalità si incontrano per conoscersi, confrontarsi, divertirsi e condividere insieme un’esperienza estremamente forte. In uno scambio europeo i partecipanti convivono nella stessa struttura per tutta la durata dello scambio europeo svolgendo attività educative e formative di giorno e organizzando autonomamente i momenti di tempo libero e la sera.
Ogni scambio europeo ha un tema intorno a cui ruotano tutte le attività dello scambio che viene stabilito con largo anticipo: può trattarsi di sport, sostenibilità, arte, ambiente, musica, cinema, tradizioni culturali o culinarie, economia e persino religione. Gli scambi giovanili europei sono opportunità educative offerte dalla Commissione Europea per viaggiare e vivere esperienze interculturali con giovani provenienti da tutta Europa. Sono finanziati dal programma Erasmus+ della Commissione Europea, un programma creato per promuovere e sostenere progetti di educazione non formale.
Il contributo della Commissione Europea copre mediamente il 70% dei costi di viaggio e buona parte (spesso anche il 90%) dei costi di vitto e alloggio di uno scambio europeo, rendendolo un’ottima soluzione per passare una vacanza diversa a costi estremamente contenuti. Gli scambi interculturali sono progetti comunitari che consentono di conoscere ragazzi e ragazze di altri paesi, scoprire culture diverse dalla propria, arricchire il proprio bagaglio culturale e fare nuove esperienze all’estero. Ogni scambio europeo rappresenta una grande opportunità di apprendimento culturale, sociale e linguistico, certificato grazie allo Youth pass.
Ecco come ha preso vita questa fantastica esperienza polacca ad Aprile per circa una settimana, che ha coinvolto noi partecipanti della CEIPES, in qualità di rappresentanti dell’Italia nel Mondo e ovviamente la cosa ci rende orgogliosi.
Le tematiche trattate sono state molto interessanti e “giocose”, infatti i workshops ci hanno piacevolmente impegnato in attività inerenti l’ improvvisazione teatrale e la giocoleria; questo ci ha portato a farci vivere davvero un’ atmosfera magica e goliardica, poiché si respirava molta allegria e spensieratezza grazie alla gioia contagiosa dei nostri tutor di teatro e giocoleria; come ad esempio vedere la gente prendersi goliardicamente in giro mentre cascavano a terra palline e birilli a chi magri era un po meno abile degli altri, ma tutti erano pronti ad aiutare nell’apprendimento degli esercizi chi rimaneva un po’ più indietro. Uno del nostro team era davvero entusiasta, poiché poteva adoperare l’apprendimento di questi workshops nell’ambito dell’attività di volontariato in qualità di clown-terapeuta. Non vi nascondiamo che all’inizio non sono mancati “piccoli disagi alloggiativi”, come ad esempio dividere solo tre bagni presso la struttura ospitante o dormire in stanze con spazi ristretti, ma questo poi ci ha fatto respirare il vero spirito del progetto: la cooperazione multiculturale e l’integrazione. Tutto ciò grazie al dialogo e allo scambio di opinioni sulla risoluzione delle varie problematiche che durante uno scambio europeo possono ovviamente verificarsi, facendoci sentire più uniti e sopratutto più “EUROPEI”. Anche se eravamo in Polonia, Lublino, ogni sera ci proiettavamo magicamente in altri fantastici paesi europei, poiché ogni nazione partecipante rappresentava la propria nazione con la gastronomia, la cultura, le musiche e tutto quello che potesse farci respirare l’ essenza della loro Terra; sto parlando della magia delle serate multiculturali. Abbiamo infatti degustato tante buone pietanze e bevande tipiche, ballare tutti insieme i balli e cantare le musiche dei loro paesi tutti insieme. Ovviamente in tutto ciò l’ Italia non è stata affatto da meno, anzi si è distinta sopratutto per la presentazione culinaria dei suoi prodotti e per l’atmosfera Italiana coinvolgente, presentando balli e video di presentazione della nostra nazione vista sia dal punto di vista culturale e sia in chiave ironica sui nostri “difetti”, le risate dei nostri compagni d’ oltremare sono state esilaranti, il che ci ha fatto vivere un’ altra fantastica serata multiculturale. A questi momenti spensierati si sono aggiunti esperienze molto profonde e importanti, come la visita presso un campo di concentramento polacco a circa un’ ora da Lublino, tempo meteorologico avverso a parte, l’ esperienza ci ha insegnato molto, facendoci vedere con i nostri occhi quello che avevamo studiato sui libri di scuola e non in merito la deportazione degli ebrei.
Infine gli abbracci e le lacrime dell’ultimo giorno, nel momento dei saluti finali prima di ripartire in Italia, ci facevano ancor più comprendere che tutti siamo Fratelli e che è davvero importante condividere e rispettare esperienze e culture differenti…..quest’ ultime sono appunto una risorsa e un’arricchimento personale più uniche che rare, che ci insegnano i valori del rispetto, della tolleranza e della Pace.

YOUTH EXCHANGE: PASSION AND LOVE, SHOW MUST GO ON

Before sharing with you this fantastic European experience in Poland, we would want to do a little preamble on the international exchanges for understanding how much they are important and to show our gratitude to the European Commission and to the one who dedicates time and dedication to the amazing success of these projects.
The international exchanges or European exchanges are educational timeliness offered by the European Commission to the youths for traveling and doing intercultural experiences with youth people coming from all Europe. The European exchanges are meetings of short duration (between six to twenty days) in which groups of youths from different countries meet to know itself, to have a confrontation, to amuse itself and to share together an experience extremely strong. In an European exchange the participants live together in the same structure for the whole duration of the project, doing educational and formative activities every day and organizing autonomously the free time moments and the evening. Each European exchange has a theme around which rotate all the activities of the project that comes established by wide anticipation: it can be about sport, supportability, art, environment, music, cinema, cultural or culinary traditions, economy and even religion. The European youth exchanges are educational opportunities offered by the European Commission to travel and to live intercultural experiences with youth coming from the whole Europe. They are financed by the program Erasmus + of the European Commission, a program created to promote and to support projects of non formal education.
The European Commission’s contribution covers, on average, 70% of travel costs and a good part (often even 90%) of the cost of accommodation, making it a great solution to spend a different holiday low cost. Every European exchange is a big one cultural, social and linguistic learning opportunity, certified by the Youth pass.
Here’s how we got this wonderful Polish experience in April for about a week, which involved CEIPES participants, as representatives of Italy in the world and, obviously, this makes us proud.
The topics discussed were very interesting; in fact the workshops have been engaged us in activities related to the theatrical improvisation and juggling; this has led us to really experience a magic and goliard atmosphere, as it was a lot of cheerfulness and carefree thanks to joy contagious of our theater and juggling tutors. One of our team was really enthusiastic, as it could use the learning of these workshops in the field of volunteering as a clown-therapist. But we can’t hide that at the beginning did not miss “small housing disadvantages”; for example we had only three bathrooms at the host structure or very little rooms with tight spaces, but this had breathed us the true spirit of the project: multicultural cooperation and integration. All this is thanks to dialogue and exchange of views on the resolution of the various problems that, during a European exchange can of course occur, making us feel most united and above all more European. Even though, we were in Poland, Lublin and every night there we magically projected into other fantastic European countries, as each participating nation it represented its own nation with gastronomy, culture, music and all that could make us breathe the essence of their country; we tasted so many good dishes and typical drinks, dancing everyone together dancing and singing all together. Obviously in all this, Italy does not It has been far from being less, indeed it has been distinguished above all for the culinary presentation of our products . And for the engaging Italian atmosphere, presenting our dances and videos nation, seen both from the cultural point of view and ironically on our “defects”, the laughter of our overseas companions have been hilarious, which has made us live another fantastic one multicultural evening. At these casual moments, very important experiences have been added , such as visiting a Polish concentration camp about an hour from Lublin. Meteorological weather apart, this experience has taught us a lot, seeing us with our eyes what we had studied on school books about Jews deporting.
Lastly, the hugs and tears of the last day, at the time of the final greetings before leaving to Italy, they made us even more understand that we are all brothers and it is really important to share and respect different experiences and cultures . It’s a resource that teaches us the values of respect, of tolerance and peace.
